Summary: We've seen it happen many times before. The moment predators more fit for the open ocean are unleashed upon smaller bodies of water, things go to Hell. Why should the end result of a bunch of freshwater sharks being introduced to a populated lake be any different? Well, for starters, they could look like ass.

History: Convicted black market thief Clint Gray was arrested...but not before releasing his cache of freshwater-tolerating sharks into the peaceful Lake Tahoe, Nevada. From there, the fishes made a literal killing, turning the place into a bloodbath, day and night (but mostly night). Now, a cop is forced to ally with Clint in order to stop the sharks.

Notable Kills: Nothing special.

Final Fate: After a while, the sharks are all dealt with over the course of one night. Clint is mortally wounded, but he and his partner manage to stab and/or shoot the predators to death.

Powers/Abilities: None.

Weakness: Anything conventional.

Scariness Factor: 1.5-These sharks, for all of their bloodshed, are just plain embarrassing. The CGI is a joke, the practical props look like a cartoon's idea of a shark, and on top of all of that, there's no way anything other than a bull shark could live in freshwater in f*cking Nevada! What? Was Salt Lake City not a viable area for you?!

Trivia: -Originally called "The Lake", this film changed that title due to being unable to shoot on location, instead doing it in Biloxi, Mississipppi.

-This film was directed by Jerry Dugan, who's more of a commercial/cinematography guy than anything else.
